As Design Ops, I successfully built a working application using Claude Code capable of analyzing Zoom customer call recordings and presenting users with unprecedented user insights in record time and in a fully automated fashion.

Scalable components for AI-generated responses

Our team successfully built a scalable and responsive toolbar within the UI of our products, enabling several thousand MAU's to generate and edit AI-written responses to customers. The project led to $17K in new MRR and preservation of $140K in existing MRR with 0% churn.

Spearheading development of our organization's design system, I successfully established the designs for AI insights about our clients' customers, resulting in an audit of our accessibility standards and reassessment of existing design conventions within our software with the help of Claude Code.

By adapting India’s 100+ year-old tiffin model for the North American market, this project envisions a more accessible way to enjoy fresh, nutritious, and home-cooked Indian midday meals throughout the work week.
